Purchases made from the online store at www.epicurris.com cannot be returned after purchase. However, we do offer full replacement for products that may be damaged during transit. Replacement orders are processed promptly after our customer support team verifies the damage through communication via email or phone.

Please note that replacement orders and refunds will only be processed if the issue is reported within 30 days of placing the order. Any concerns or queries raised beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be addressed.
