Once your payment is confirmed, we promptly ship your order using trusted third-party logistics partners. Each order undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment to ensure it is in perfect condition.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID, which allows you to monitor the status of your delivery on our website. If your order is dispatched in multiple shipments, each shipment will have its own tracking ID, and you can track each one separately.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation and are usually delivered within 7-8 working days from the dispatch date. However, depending on COVID-19 restrictions, delivery to certain regions may take up to 10-15 working days. We will notify you of any such delays. Please note that during sale events, shipment processing may take longer due to higher order volumes. All timelines are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges vary based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery location of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

Our delivery partners strive to deliver your order on a best-effort basis. If they are unable to deliver, the order will be returned to us, and you will have the option to return or exchange the items in accordance with our return and refund policy.
